(Stop Galamsey) Campaign

By david kumordzie A.K.A Togbe Ghana Togbe is the founder of a non-profit organisation called Go to School Foundation which helps children in need and those that live in the streets of Ghana. He goes out to get sponsors to help with donations for these children. He donates food, school uniform and clothes to these children and that is part of what he normally does almost every day. He is also a reggae musician that composes songs and music videos. He made a song and a music video to campaign against illegal mining in Ghana. He went to radio stations and television stations where he spoke about this illegal mining and his campaign to make people aware of this illegal practice, by doing that, he was awarded by the Ghana Environmental Affairs department in the Ghana Environmental Awards ceremony and his song won in the Galamsey campaign Song of the year category.
